Although, you can totally choose to audio, meditate or simply chill, The Infrared Sweat Blanket will have you sweating, detoxing, shedding calories and melting stress! All while you lie in the comfort of the Infrared sweat blanket! Lie down, relax, and SWEAT!

Netflix and Sweat!

55 minutes of Sweat!! Enjoy the detox, encourage weight loss, sleep better, increase immunity, enhance performance!!! We get you set up in your own Sweat Blanket, headphones and remote are ready for you to choose your viewing or audio, we check up on you with a mid session lavender cool cloth and rehydrate you once you are finished!! This is a sweat experience like you've never experienced before!
