How do I cancel an appointment?
Please give 24 hours to cancel your appointment. You can cancel your appointment online or you can call us at 250.863.6550.
How do I know what treatment to get?

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes! You can cancel by giving us 30 days notice. Simply call us 250.863.6550 and we will make the change.
Where can I purchase Gift Cards?
You may purchase them either in-store or securely over the phone.
What information do I need to know about Promotional Gift Cards?
You cannot use promotional Gift Cards on Botox or filler treatments.
Any unused credit on your Promotional Gift Card will not be held. These cards can only be used in one transaction.
How are memberships billed?
Memberships are simply billed monthly like any other subscription. They will appear on the credit card statement just like your spotify subscription or gym membership would.
What important information should I know about Gift Cards?
Gift Cards purchased on promotion have different terms and conditions than regular Gift Cards.
Gift Cards have to be redeemed in person.
Gift Cards are valid for one year after being purchased.
No Gift Cards can be redeemed for cash.
Who administers Vitamin IV and Injections?
Our Registered Nurses administers these procedures.
Who administers Botox and Filler for CC?
Dr. Kay-Pfau MD administers neuromodulators and fillers for our Kamloops location, and Dr. Barlow ND administers neuromodulators and fillers for our Kelowna location.
